so I am looking for this manga where in one scene the uke is sick and a friend of his come and tell the seme about how when the uke was sick his Ex used to give him ice cream as a family tradition while the current boyfriend sick people tradition is giving canned mandarins and when the uke wake up and the current boyfriend asks if he wants to eat ice cream the uke asks for canned mandarins instead of ice cream.
