Wow, what a messy story
She stabbed their grandpa. Her mom killed his own sister because he wanted take her son back. Ml was real son of the FL's mom. They're half siblings. And if I understand right that father is not real father of the FL. Fl's mom was a bitch. But in the end this is a happy end
Potential Spoiler Alert?: So I looked over the raws (I dont understand Chinese, so I might be wrong about this) Kingyo stabbed a man (Kiku's father maybe?) and sorta caused him to die. I think Kingyo's parents are siblings/committing incest too?
Anyways.... Kingyo's parents saw Kingyo and the Kiku kissing each other at the park. In a moment of panic, Kiku accidentally causes Kingyo's mother to fall down the stairs and die. Kingyo's father then becomes an angry alcoholic and vows to get revenge on them. The father then stalks them to the countryside and tries to kill Kiku, but Kingyo took the hit for him and fell into a coma. At the end, she wakes up and goes on a walk with Kiku (happily ever after?)
