Hi everyone! I'm looking for a yaoi manga. I really don't remember the plot but i know that in the end they went together to another country and live there.
What i really remember from this is that it has a special chapter where in a boy is looking after(not sure about this) an old man who always visits the cemetery where his lover is buried. The boy and old man are not related at all, I think, and it turns out that the old man is one of two mc from the manga I'm looking for.
