Help in finding a manga

I read this manga twice already, but now I can't find it. I don't know what tag it had, but it was shounen ai or yaoi.
It was about two guys, I think high school students. One of them saw the other in the crowd and was taken aback by how beautiful his face was and approached him without realising it's a guy, so he was mistaken for a homosexual by that other guy who also got really angry and disgusted. But later on, after the first guy couldn't really give up, they eventually got together.
That second student was kinda tsundere.
