It's possible that got lost in translation. I know Clarju said that some parts of the Korean to the english get lost in translation sometimes, not entirely sure if this one was though. I think Doyoon is very sure of his feelings that he likes Juha.

Mmm... Maybe I'm missing something between the "one's feelings", "the other's feelings" and "own feelings" blah blah blah but if I got it right, I don't agree with Taeyi's opinion on Dooyon's feelings for Juha at all?? He has always seems to me like someone who is pretty sure about his own feelings for "hyung" idk...
