You can buy books straight from Japan through Horinlovesbooks but I would suggest buying many volumes because shipping will be high. When I ordered, I ordered over six books and the shipping was about forty-five. As for English versions, they don't exist yet, hence why these lovely people are translating for us.

when ordering, you have to order in japanese right?
You have to reply to them in Japanese when they ask for confirmation. Simple sentences such as, "Yes, (amount) is good. Thank you very much." will do just fine. I took two years of Japanese so I didn't need much help forming these sentences myself but the most basic sentences in any language should be something Google translate does not mess up.
As for when you actually order through their site, you can have Google translate the webpage for you to do it piece by piece. A few of the manga on here already have their Japanese name in the alternate you can copy or you can use Wikipedia on the author and look up the manga that way. Some were really hard to find despite this and I had to look through manually.
