I agree, still it kinda bothers me that people use the term pedophile cause it is not really correct but I still get what you mean.
It is not his fault to be attracted to teens, but he CHOOSE to harass them :/ so he is a criminal. That doesn't mean I hate him tho, I just think he is sick, must pay for his crimes and needs professional help. Hopefully, he can learn to control it someday, since there is no cure u.u
Also as you said, he will stop being attracted to Seunghee as soon as he gets older because he is sick, people shouldn't romanticize this :/

Ps: they have not found a cure for pedophilia yet so comments like seunghee would save him are just based in hope...but the author tried to show him in a bad manner, so of course this wouldn't end in a romantic way.
Ps2: You can't do any lewd things with someone younger than 18 yo in south korea, that make him feel ashamed, according to wikipedia (for the people talking about that the age consent is 13 yo). So it was illegal when he send the pics to a 15yo.
