I don't think they are related. Hosaka has a sister who is a cop and has long hair, and he dated a woman who looks very similar to Mikiko, but she was in the fashion industry. So I think someone mistook Mikiko for one of those two or a combo of them.

I think I've read somewhere that Mikiko-san is related to Hosaka Kiyomine? Am I right? If I am, can someone tell me how are they related to each other?
Hosaka kiyomine is from Komatta Toki Ni Wa Hoshi Ni Kike btw.
