I think the smell thing just depends on the author though. Since omega verse is fantasy I think this author decided not to include the aroma part of it. All authors pick what to make up to the genre and what not to use and I think the smell thing is one this one didnt want to go into depth with. In this manga I think we just have to forget what we have leaned from other books and go by what this author says.
I feel if you want mpreg you can do that not using omegaverse.
I say this because if you're not gonna follow basic rules why even.
I know omegaverse has no 'set rules' but it is precisely because authors like this just put omegaverse and just do whatever without trying to adhere to its basic structure.
