It's best to think of every story as different and separate from the others. It's based off a game with different scenarios and endings. Depending on different circumstances, the seme ends up with different ukes. This manga just tells the story of every optional scenario. So, in every story, he "ended up" with the proper uke for the scenario.

This is a good book to read very interesting!! I liked the 1st story and I thought it was really cute how he really loved Higuchi but in the end he ended up with his secretary why I don't know why!! It looks like he went through a few guys until he ended up with his secretary!! So this is a game and I would love to play it ha ha ha!!! I liked the art work but I think the love scenes could have been better and longer!! thx D
