Isekai Manhwa Clan & MissMystery94 are apparently the translators. Miss Mystery is pretty active on Bato.to She uploaded a lot of series there including Manhwa like Doctor Elise. She's the one who got upset about The Abandoned Empress and stopped uploading it. She usually pays for the translations on the official English websites but this series doesn't seem to have an official translator so she and another group seem to be translating it so it takes time for updates.
i think the official translation is just in indonesian..
