Unfortunately theres only one story for Nao and Akagi right now. But since there wasn't a real confession now I'm sure they are going to get a continuation, too.
I love all the couples as well. But if I had to choose: I guess Kuon and Nanao would be my favourite. I can't explain why. But reread their stories the most.
But I'm sure there will be at least two more couples: Since Towas oldest brother, Satonaka-Sensei, Naos stepbrother and Yuu are detailed characters that still don't have lovers yet.
