It is complete. I'm guessing it says ongoing because they didn't upload the creators note. The note isn't really important though, so don't worry. It's just basically thanking her editors and her readers :))

Its pretty much complete, just the Author's note is left, which I'm not sure if it is going to be uploaded here because the Korean version was uploaded a long time ago.
