I'm trying to find this manga where there's this student with awful clothing styles n stuff but then there's like this other dude that is an arts major that studies design and he helps this boye with thrash style.. There's also a similar manga but what I can remember from that one is that the main character meets this guy at the bussstation that is playing a game or whateva..
