no, this is some sort of bug/glitch. It's not so easy to upload content to mangago, actually it's quite complicated so I don't think that it's a random person trolling.

Ah, there used to be a lot of it last year and it was always the same mangas so I thought it was someone who really wanted people to read what they uploaded.
i reported it a couple days ago and it has been fixed.
does anyone else agree ?? plus for me it is just staying as the latest update and theres nothing xD
