In ch. 26 he calls someone and says 'Go wash up and wait' so we all assumed it was someone he's sleeping with which then escalates Ed to drag Glenn off for sex, and Ed asks him about who he was meeting up with in the recent chapter, and Glenn says something along the lines it was for a shoot and apologises.
