in a nutshell they are trying to hide their feelings for each other, and convince themselves that it's hate that they feel not love.
recent chapter is hinting that they may be actually soulmates thus they kept on meeting despite the "hate"

Two guys? You mean Kaede and Ayame? They are brothers. Kaede (the guy who looks friendly and asked Shuu -uke- out for dinner) seems to be older than Ayame (seme), and their mum seems to be the owner of the company where they are all working. Kaede says that he doesn't believe that Ayame offered himself to work with Shuu to help the company, but that he thinks that Shuu is his fated pair. Apparently, Ayame doesn't usually get affected by omega's pheromones even though he is an alpha but he is head over heels for Shuu

Hitomi Yagami explained most of it, but yes Kaede and Ayame are brothers, but they don't seem to share the same surname, which either means they're half brothers or they've purposely taken on different surnames maybe to keep their relationship as brothers secret. Kaede talks about inheriting the presidency of their company, which also leads me to believe that their father is also president of a group and they're inheriting/vying for his position and that their mother* is daughter of another group president; hence this being their mother's company. They both seem to be working in their parents' companies as they prepare to eventually inherit or take over as group president. We don't know yet if everyone at work knows who they are and if Shuu is maybe just a little ignorant of who they are or if they've purposely kept their identities secret at work so as not to get special treatment, but this being BL, it could be possible that Shuu is just ignorant of the facts.

The fact that Kaede accuses Ayame of hiding out in their mother's company leads me to believe that Ayame was probably working at his father's company until he realized Shuu was going to be working in his mother's company and hearing that they would pair Shuu with another beta made him immediately volunteer to be Shuu's partner (b/c we all know he's in love with Shuu). Because under normal circumstances in their program, Shuu would be paired with a beta, but Ayame interjects and says that Shuu is a genius and that he'll thrive under his (Ayame's) care. We still don't know the specifics of why the two brothers don't share the same surname [yet] and if it was well-known that they were brothers at school. The fact that Shuu was much of a social pariah and didn't have friends during that time also conveniently keeps him in the dark about whether or not everyone else knew, too.

Also, I wonder if Ayame had anything to do with Shuu getting hired at this company or if he just happened to find out Shuu was working there and immediately found a way to ensure that they would be working together.

*mother comment. Since Kaede says it's their mother, then they probably share the same mother, but I'm not ruling out the possibility that they could only be half brothers or maybe even one of them being a mistress' child. We'll have to wait and see with later chapters.
