Uhm no. Dojin did in fact on several occasions rape Hyesung. Your points of argument are not in line with the fact that Hyesung did not consent. I still enjoy reading this manhwa tho. Byul is such a cutiepie. I'm not hating on the author nor the story for the rape scenes. I just let it slide bec I've read a ton of BL and if there's one thing I learned, it's that we're better off not using our brains too much when reading BL bec, as you said, a lot of shit happens in BL and it would be too tiring to stress out about all of that.
I don't care if you want to defend Dojin. My concern is if you harbor this same mindset in real life. I really hope you're not walking around defending rapists when you encounter similar situations in real life.
Nah, im not really defending dojin and his actions. i also let it slide whenever theres a rape scene. But idk... Maybe im just finding the good in the story amidst all the bad things, you know... This is a manhwa, and im trying to enjoy it as much as possible, but comments will always make me think otherwise... And it will always lead to another thinking again.. Im just trying to be positive, even tho thats not good. Maybe i sound too into it that lead you to misunderstand that im defending rapists irl, which is clearly not.

Let's not jump to conclusions yet that dojin is always raping hye-sung... There are times that hyesung "didnt consent" (which is what you all been pointing out) but as the story goes on, let's admit that dojin actually took a LOT of care to their baby. Most rapists arent responsible enough to do those things, but dojin did what he gotta do. Let us not forget that he at least exerted effort in finding hyesung, taking care of the baby, and letting hyesung and byul live their life in a good environment.
In the recent chapters, we all see that they are at least "getting there", you know? We see that "twinkle eyes" when they look at each other, dojin proposed to hyesung but hyesung wants to study first, at least hyesung made the right decision, and still wants to pursue studying. Little by little, they are getting closer (is what i think and observed), let's just all be patient and wait for the next chapters.
I admit that there are bad things in the manhwa that you all been complaining, but dont just focus on the bad, let's also focus on the good side too. The responsibility, the security, and the assurance that they are in good hands.
And really... We all read yaoi, and know different disgusting things we read and watch. Dont act like this is the first ever manhwa that got rape in it. Just say what you gotta say about the manhwa that got you real mad. Don't say shit about the author, because they worked hard on it. Let's appreciate their hard work, ya'll.
