Damn, I didn't think of that in twilight. Even though he was a wolf, I don't remember them ever talking about having mates. But I also never read the books so I wouldn't know. But that kind of makes sense. I wonder if that could be how they end up or the mangaka just made it like this.
I don't know if I'm wrong or not, but I feel like the real reason that jerk Takane made Kuoiuchi his pair besides him not being his type was because he was destined to be with Neon.
You know, like in an subconscious way, destiny kinda way. Ok, to better explained it let take this example, I know this example sucks royally but I can't think of anything else. you guys remember the movies from Twilight Saga where Jacob was infatuated with Bella, but the real reason was because she would gave birth to Renesmee, his true mate?
I feel that this was the reason behind everything that happened to my baby boy Kuoiuchi. his heat stopped when he was thrown away by Takane, but came back when Neon was ready and older, not so much older, so they could become a pair. A real one.
If Takane didn't take Kuoiuchi as his pair, he wouldn't have met Neon, take care of him, nor be there to be his pair. because Neon probably would have died when he was thrown out by Takane when he was little, because I doubt that someone else would have take care of him.
