Uke and seme have met before and got into a one night stand. The result is that they have a kid and may even have bonded (i don't remember). But I think seme was drunk the entire time which is why he forgot about the uke. Few years later, they meet again which is when the story begun and the seme felt an instant bond with the uke (HMM I WONDER WHY). Now the seme is using the "I need to find a waifu" as an excuse to be with the uke. But for some reason uke doesn't want to be with the seme cuz he's Mr. Independent.
