I have no idea either but usually I save the mangas for reading offline if I am using safari or download the manga in multi-pages option when using chrome.
I just know mangago has an app from your comment.

So I've just been using the mangago app that I found here and was quite surprise to find that there is a "download" list. I thought the app was just for online reading but I guess they also have download system. SO ANYWAY, does anybody know how to download the manga from this app? I would really appreciate the help ╥﹏╥
