I just finished reading this on Otakumole and boy was it messy! She ends up liking the blonde boy but he breaks up with her because he thought she still likes Nao. Then, Nao's girlfriend breaks up with him because she thinks that he's in love with the mc. Turns out that she's similar to the blonde boy and only dates guys that other girls like. Nao realizes that he like the mc, but he halfassedly confesses to her, saying that "apparently it seems like I'm in love with you" and this causes the mc to get mad at him. She's also a little conflicted because she likes the blonde guy, but also can't just magically get rid of her feelings for Nao. Then blonde guy makes Nao jealous by kissing the mc. We find out that Mai's now ex girlfriend, even though she initially wasn't serious about the relationship, ended up falling in love with Nao. Mc confesses to blonde guy but he rejects her and says that he needs to think about it. The next day Nao and mc are at school, they see blonde guy and he says that him and Nao's ex girlfriend are dating now. Nao gets mad and pushes him on the lockers and blonde guy asks him if he's mad because of the mc or because of the ex girlfriend. And magically, it turns out that Nao actually likes his ex girlfriend and not the mc, which just appauled me because (I forgot to mention this) after Nao discovered that he liked the mc, he put a hickey on her neck when she was sleeping. But the author said eff that! Because surprise, He actually likes his ex girlfriend! So the mc encourages Nao to go after his ex girlfriend and tell her that he likes her. Then the mc and blonde guy finally end up getting together. The manga is 12 or 13 chapters

Btw I also have an otakumole account so unfortunately for a good amount of years now registration has been disabled so nobody new is able to create an account only those who made an account prior are able to access it though I hear that Raff (the creator] occasionally has contests for accounts but I have no idea if anyone actually got it but just wanted to pu that out here
