no. he's a psychopath. he had his reasons whenever he was younger. but he killed fucking 8 people. dont use his past an his excuse for his fucking actions when he killed 8 damn people.
You know that he s a psychopath. And of course his behaviors were affected by this disease. He was not sent to a hospital to cure him probably and his actions couldnot be seen as those of normal people. His terrible past was ACTUALLY the CAUSE that made him turn into this kind of beast. How can the past have nothing to do with this ??? Thats why the law has issued particular fine for those who have mental illness.

Yeah. I agree with that. I know they re treating him. I just felt pity that If he had been sent to the hospital when he was young, maybe everything now would be another story. No one has to die and him being happy with his hyung.
