I think both Alphas/Omegas get pregnant 'cause Dojin's parents are both Alpha male... at least I think so.

What I knew about omegaverse is female and male doesn't matter anymore. Omega x omega can happen but they'll both have difficulties in mating because omegas have lowr chance of impregnating somebody but high chance of getting pregnant. Likewise, beta x beta is a more common partner. Alpha x Alpha are elites and usually, elite families only want to pair up with another alpha to make sure they produce an alpha child. Any combination can happen. Omega x alpha I the rarest because of that destiny thingy.
Alpha x beta, beta x omega, omega x alpha, it doesn't matter if they're of the same gender, everybody can get pregnant. But still, sometimes, they alter it on different storylines. But this is how it usually is.

I read an omegaverse manga where the seme is the omega and the uke is an alpha. It was a very refreshing story. I forgot the title though.
I don't think dojins Mom is an alpha. I think he is an Omega.
Yeah i understand that a lot of omegaverse have different rules; it's up to the author what kind of world they want to build.
Just sometimes hope that the author would kindly enough to explain the rules of their universe. Kinda like b-boy omegaverse. They always include several pages of explanation regarding A/B/O dynamics, heat, pregnancy, suppresants, and stuffs at the start of every chapter. It helps me a lot to understand the background of the story.
Sadly, Fargo-nim only stated that any omegas (male/female) could get pregnant, that alphas could impregnate omega, and that betas are irregular. Like, what kind of irregular Fargo-nim???
