Sorry I reread it again and chapter 36 and 48 seems connected and it is clearer now what he meant

He stayed in the warehouse waiting for Dohyun overnight or possibly longer, his parents got worried and called the police who contacted all the guardians of the kids in his class, and they finally found him at the school. They're probably taking him to hospital or to file a report, not actually arresting him."
Anyone know why sungho was taken in police custody?? I'm sure Sungho was referring to the incident as disgusting and dohyun misunderstood it ughh
