Can you guys make a list of difference between a normal centralization of power and dictatorship? and maybe even communism? I read the novel halfway, and he said he wanted to centralize the power to him as 'head of the state' but why do I get the feeling that all he had done was tilting more towards dictatorship... like the scenario from any and every overbearing-CEO-themed story XD
I think the main difference between a centralized government and a dictatorship is the existence of opposition to the government. If it's possible for people to disagree with the ruler, have their voice heard and not be punished or killed because of it than it's not a dictatorship.
