Charlotte has flashbacks of eyes looking at her. Not her eyes. The eyes of many enhanced humans.

This is really confusing. That group of people, wasn't one of them the guy who's dead now? Was it just a memory? I guessed they were just sensing her, but it looked like Charlotte had a memory of them looking at her. I'm so confuuuuuuused! If anyone could explain, thank you very much! >.<
