The fact that sh would block anyone on Twitter who followed her who wasn't from Korea suggests this is true. Last I checked (over a year ago) she had only 3 followers & no one responded to her posts.
Consideting that 99% of everything on this site & the 50+ sites this it are scaned & traslated without permission, I'm surprised she is the onlycomicartist I've seen potentially quit for thesr reasons in the 15+ years I've been reading manga online.
Anyways, I hope she finds success somewhere, with a larger korean fanbase & a compny that actully pays its employees regulaly & on time. If she's one of the artists Lezhin was cheating, & she didn't have the huge fan support artsts like Koogi have, that can't have been good for her confidence & will.
i'm actually sad that the possible reason for this ending is bc of financal reasons/ illegal spreading
