I think it’s like this, alpha male, alpha female, beta male, beta female and omega male, omega female (〜￣△￣)〜
Its six :: 2 alpha, female alpha and male alpha , 2 omega, female omega and male omega ,lastly 2 beta, female beta and male beta. Hope that help. :)

Oook...so... I am always a bit confused when the omegaverse manga starts with ... "there are 6 genders". What is the 6th gender?!? I get supper frustrated because it appers everytime and everytime I still don't know what this 6th gender is!! We have Male, Female, Alfa, Beta, Omega, that's 5 genders!!
