Well, it's certainly like Only Sense Online in that it's a boy-looks-like/playing-a-girl-in-game, with a more experienced best friend(are they both called Taku?) and younger sister, who is relatively gentle and starts out with a supposedly trash character. It's probably similar to others, as well.
And there's a novel translation (which I haven't read, but if someone had, then this would feel VERY familiar, hehe).
