This BL is basically a Free! Doujinshi?? Look at the character design, that is basically Sousuke (miwa sensei) and Kisumi (kazuki). Ushioda is Serizawa Nao and Naoya is Toono Hiyori! (And a little mix of Isana lol)... I am currently at chapter 17 but the resemblance of the chara designs really bothers me lol
