No, Shiro and Goro (the body that Satan possess) are clones of Azazel. I think that after Rin and *cough fucking pain in the ass cough* Yukio were born that Shiro decided to raise them as like a way to keep Yuri's legacy alive and to make an amend for the way he treated her. Don't quote me on that, it's just a hunch I've got.
Oh, I know. I just thought it would be easier to just say Satan since he IS possessing a clone of Azazel. Like how I said Amaimon is a clone of Mephisto because he is possessing a clone of Samael.
But I think it's probably something close to that. Shiro clearly grew to care for Yuri so at the very least he probably took them in because of her.

Amaimon's a clone of Mephisto.. Shiro and Satan were both clones of Azazel which explains why Shiro kinda looks like he could be actually be Rin and Yukio's father.
And Angel is a clone as well? I'm guessing that's what Lightning was referring to considering he comes from the Asylum and that he doesn't have his memories.. lucky him.
