Please help me find this shoujo manga I’ve been searching for it for ages! It’s pretty short about 3-4 chapters. There is a poor girl who has 2 siblings, she hates the guy at first but then has a change of heart. The scene that I remember is the siblings got sick and the girl didn’t know how to take both of them to the hospital so she calls the guy and he helps her, something like that.
