1.turn off every device and leave it far away from you ,or better give it to a family member/friend to keep it for a while.
2.Try to concentrate .It's the most important thing .When you feel you are thinking of something else and get lost in other thoughts ,slap yourself and refocus.
    3. Dont stress out .The most important isn't to make things correctly,it's to have a clear mind the time you get to sleep , thinking I did my best and I didn't waste my time"
    4. If u need a break, try not to be on phone for over than 20 mins or you LL lose again your focus .These 20 mins you can listen to music,or something else that won't take too long .

That were my tips:)I hope I help u.

Depends on how much time you have before exam/quiz

    Study tips
Study for 45 mins and take a 10 minute break. For that 10 minute break you can take a walk, talk to a person, cook etc. Do something you like to do but only 10 mins (set an alarm). Go back to studying. Make sure your repeat terms/definitions to the point where you can remember it while taking breaks. Read before you go to bed (it helps a lot). Get a good night sleep 7-8 hours and eat a great breakfast. Dont stress because it makes you forget infomation. Take deep breath if you stress and take a break till you are ready to go back.

    Hope this helps. (=・ω・=)

Prepare and use flashcards (anki is an easy platform).
Writing summaries and highlighting are not time-efficient methods even if they are the most popular. You should use summaries only if you're used to them after years, otherwise don't even bother.
Remember that brain connections are consolidated during sleep so take your time and don't cram.

I would suggest going to a cafe/coffee shop and studying there. Studying at home is fine and all, but I found that it's easier to get distracted at home because you're in a comfortable place catered to you specifically.
