I think the only reincarnation manga I've read where they end up as the villainous that actually have a good relationship is Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shite shimatta (which is very good because everyone ends up in love with her lol)

No matter how many isekai with reincarnation as a villiainess I read, the "heroine" will forever be a dumb annoying bitch. And I will still get angry every time even tho I knew it was coming
