Yes, half siblings. Joon is Don and Nami's son, the girl Nami is pregnant with now will be the daughter of her current significant other.
GREAT PACING! 55 chapters might seem few, but I think it wasn't overkill! It was great! Although I'm not much of a fan of Season 2. I'm not into adultery and stuff like that, but we all knew Nami was bound to hurt at some point. Anyway, I like Season 1 better.
