I don't remember if they mentioned it specifically, but there's that whole sequence where he's like "wait, I can't choose between men or women, its just like choosing between jjambbong and jjajang, fried chicken with or without seasoning, or between choco and vanilla ice cream" (chapter 14)
(also i just realized in that chapter the BL manga his friends found is called "No Bitcoins" which is probably a parody of Okane Ga Nai ("No Money") lol)
