she did, didnt she? originally female but male in school. or atleast she was pretending to.
She never revealed she was female
ya but she is called lady by Nike (which i am so surprised that none of her surroundings catch onto that). plus Poseidon teases her saying that no one sees her as a woman.
also i think there was a part where the owl questions athena as to why she wasnt wearing girly clothes. and she said she was comfortable in her pants
They left us on a cliffhanger and Athena never revealed her gender or anything like that.
