Lost manga

Lost this manga in the piles and piles of my already read/reading pages, that I really want to re-read. Its about a couple (yaoi) and one of the guys gets amnesia and don't remember anything about his partner. The partner decides to end things with the guy (without the guy knowing, since he cant remember), just so that the guy will have a chance of a ""normal"" life with a wife and children. But the guy still fall in love with the partner and also start to remember what he has forgotten. Its really sad and bittersweet. Anyone who knows the name??
