They should change it to quirk liberal civilians complete with diversity,

Why were even watching the level scaled army fighting the noob party is a mystery.
What does it contribute to the story?
Will they be reluctant allies with deku in the future?
will they join society after dropping their mental baggages?
I kinda get how the author is saying how a criminal is a product of a failed society
and all that stuff, but will this be any significant to the story?
