Yes, in otome game often its okay for heroine get man who have fiancé because in game tend give bad story... which seem like its okay to do that.
Rival often exile due to ML or guy's power to overcome of rival's family or that should have different kind punish. Some rival was actually awful person to able their power.
im not support that just that often original otome game will make whatever heroine choose and its ok to do that. Sometime rival did terrible thing which should be big no for that.
Also most otome game tend design for girls so game will put handsome "pretty" guy like feel so royal more slender muscle kind.
Its rarely have warrior body or real bulky man body because most girls prefer beautiful man over manly or muscle man..

Thank you! :) Lots of information but I still think Exile is a very extreme punishment it's better to just send them to some nunnery for 1-2 years to clean up their act. Also~ yes you are right otome does mean young girl lol sucks that they don't have a handsome bulky guy I'm talking about Magic Mike type of bodies hahaha :P. Japan should make young ladies type of otome games XD Totally would play. Only otome game I played is, Hakuoki: Memories of the Shinsengumi and the only rival there is Death XD.
Question for someone who has played Otome Games:
Is the Heroine always a "Steal-yo-man" protagonist?
Does the rival really get exiled for just simple bullying(extreme)?
