I think she has hyperthymestic syndrome.
She just offer and idea and gave the blueprints to the engineers. The engineers were the ones who are amazing. They did their own research and managed to build everything according to a measly blueprint and conceptual idea.
i like the Manga but Its going too fast and her literally telling her husband everything and secondly how can a person be so smart to build every technology , she died when she was 25 how she knows about every engineering (electrical , guns , cars ....etc) , pretty unreal.
