This is why I hate him. He's a fpos. HE'S the one who turned this into a situation where Doyun had to say that. And yet this doctor is only attracted to Alphas but thinks it's awesome when Omegas have heats that he can then share with the family and make things awkward for them and then laugh about it as if it has nothing to do with him.
