I get that feeling. I am part of a translate group and see that kind of comment a lot.

"Why are you so slow?", "Oh, finally a new chapter. It has taken forever", "Did you drop the project?"(2 weeks without posting), "I already read this chapter, the original one is already on chapter X and on season Y, did you know?"(when we had just picked up the project and would be humanly impossible to make it so fast) and so on.
I am usually a chill person, but when I see all my friends' and colleagues' work being looked down, I get really triggered because I know how hard they work, despite their school, colleges and jobs. They even waste their money buying a better quality raw. Guys, you don't know how a positive comment, a compliment make our day. A simple "Thank you for your hard work!" or "You guys are amazing!" already make me smile.
