I think what he meant was "just the tip" versus "all the way."
Faulty wiring
I -think- that has to do with the dick re-drawers. The way they talk makes it sound like in chapter 3 they're still just doing sumata, but the the dick re-drawers put it in when they re-drew that part.
That would actually make a lot of sense!
Can someone explain to me how Jin-chan is obviously inside of Eichi on pg3 of ch5, but on pg10 Eichi says they’ve only done sumata up to that point??
