Why it appears as complete?

I was also wonder why it was shown as complete. She hasn't recovered all the colors yet so it cant end.

It has nothing to do with the english translation.
It's the Japanese publication that is finished with 27 chapters.
(But it seems that the author would think to do a sequel but nothing is less sure).

It's like this since the first chapter for some reason
