The cover changed but it used to be black with a blonde guy in the middle and two brothers behind him

There is this one manga that I have been trying to find but can’t remember the name in the cover there are three people and a short blonde haired one in the middle the story is about the blonde guy looking like a girl in the beginning and then finding the brothers while walking and ends up liking one of them
