I don't recall that much but it's a yaoi. About 4 guys. There's too much misunderstanding that's why the main couple didnt end up together. Like the seme saw the uke kissing someone. Then because of that the seme thought the uke didn't like him so he decided to stop. But in the end they clear up the misunderstanding and live happily ever after.
