Yh i was disappointed when they have him only a S rank, don't they do SS or sumt, I forgot but I'm sure they mentioned it.
Well they do have higher ranks than S but their measuring devices can't measure the hunters power higher than S...the devices can't handle it and it says error as said in last chapters
So there are S rank hunters but they could be higher than that but because the device fails to really know the strength of the hunter, you can't really know if S rank hunters are S rank, SS rank, or SSS rank
So S rank hunters are either those according to their strenghts
