well, this is my opinion, but the uke said that he will tell the seme about the alternate him, so maybe he'll be patient with the flow, it's just doesn't make any sense to said it I like the past you right, it'll be like uke at the first time when he doubt if the seme love him because of the dream, he may be waiting for a proper time so the seme won't think the uke only like him because of the past him

Im happy that they still ended up together but it is not the same seme who deeply loved him who cling like him the memories they shared together . Its actually similar to Tales of Xillia 2 but not entirely in the SPOILERS AGAIN in the ending you will choose if you save the current girl who accompany you throughout the journey or let her sacrifice as she will reborn but not then girl you shared the memories with. So yeah atleast they still ended up together again because if not he will regret for his upcoming 200 years of life
